We have a flat rate of 10.00 per order. If you go above $200.00 then shipping is free. We only ship within America unless otherwise noted. 

We use PayPal which is also capable of processing any credit card and you do not have to have a PalPal account to use a credit card. 

If you do not have a confirmed address with PayPal we may not be able to ship your order.

We send everything via Priority Mail.This means within the Continental United States typically three days or sooner. If you like in a major city, typically two days. This of course excludes Sunday’s and holidays. 

If David is out of town or if there is a delay we will let you know in advance. If delivery will be too late for you and we have not yet sent the product(s) then we will issue you a refund. If you ordered custom-made products like marked cards or dice and we have started on your order there are no refunds.

There are also no refunds once you get the product or with downloadable products. There are no exceptions. Once you get the merchandise the secret is sold and therefore we cannot refund the purchase price.

If you have made a mistake and contact us within a reasonable amount of time we may be able to refund your order but there are no promises.

 

We do not collect your payment details. PayPal does that. All we will have is your e-mail address and shipping address. 

Depending on the product(s) you order processing can go two ways. If it’s a book or a product we have in stock then it typically gets mailed within a few minutes to a few hours after you order it. 

If the order is a custom hand-crafted made-to-order like marked cards or dice then there is a delay while whe product is being manufactured.

If you order a combination of both we will manufacture your custom product and send everything at one time. You can request we send them separately but you might have to pay extra for shipping charges.

Your order e-mail and the receipt from PayPal can be considered your invoice. We take money up front and then send merchandise. There are no Net Terms or COD.
